3 years, 8 months ago We experienced a brief inability to log in to Chromebooks. Users received the error message: "You are not authorized to use this device. Please contact the administrator for sign-in permission." The issue resolved itself after a few minutes.

5 years, 7 months ago Please be aware that we are still working through issues with Google Drive. Specifically the link to Google Drive within Moodle does not seem to direct users to their Drive folder in all cases. Instead we are recommending that once staff have logged onto Moodle click on the gmail link first then access Google Drive
5 years, 7 months ago We are currently experiencing problems authenticating to Google Drive from within Moodle. If you get asked to log in again, try using your full Edina Apps email address (i.e. username@apps.edina.k12.mn.us) and your normal password. We are working on the issue and will post here when we have updates.
