4 months, 1 week ago Some users are receiving an error when attempting to log in to Outlook webmail. The issue is occurring for users in other organizations, as well. We are working with Microsoft support to resolve the issue and we will post updates as we get new information.

3 years, 7 months ago We’ve had reports of a “Security Alert” message popping up for some users in Outlook, saying “The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid” for “edinaschools.org”. We are aware of one of our certificate expiring today, but we were led to believe that this certificate was no longer used in our email environment now that we’ve migrated our mailboxes to Office 365. DMTS is working with Microsoft support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4 years ago We have identified the problem and emails are now being sent from Infinite Campus, though there will be a delay as the system works through the queue of messages from last night and this morning. We will monitor the situation and we will be taking steps that should help prevent problems like this in the future. Thank you again for your patience.
4 years ago Emails sent through Infinite Campus are currently not being delivered. We are working with Infinite Campus support to resolve the issue. We will send an update when we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.
